Returns & Refund Policy
1. On Delivery
Within 24 hrs of delivery, it is mandatory for purchaser / buyer to check the product /goods.
Buyer is expected to upload a photograph of the item as proof of acceptance of delivery, and update the Serial Number on the link provided in the website, indicating goods have been received in good condition.
If goods have been delivered in damaged condition, Buyer has to notify via firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours, with photographs of delivered product, and copy of Invoice, to be eligible for refund due to damages.
If no notification is received within 24 hours of delivery it shall be treated as deemed acceptance.
2. On Installation
After goods have been accepted and opened, if buyer is not satisfied with quality or performance, goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that non-defective/ un damaged returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials, with no missing / removed parts. This is in line with the Warranty Terms as outlined in the Invoice.
A copy of the Invoice, original tags and packaging is mandatory to process a refund.
Taxes paid, Shipping charges will be non-refundable and shipping charges for the return will be borne by buyer. Buyer is requested to send a copy of the AWB / Consignment Note to email@example.com, mentioning the Order Number in the Subject Line. Refund will be initiated as soon as goods are received at the PiTronix location and checked thoroughly. Refund will be credited to the original card / bank account used at the time of purchase within 7-10 working days. If Refund is not received in the above mentioned time frame, the buyer is requested to drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the Order Number in the Subject Line.
